Snow Removal Technician/Operator

-Perform both manual and equipment-assisted snow removal duties efficiently and thoroughly, while adhering to oral and mapped directions on removal and dumping. -Operate trucks and loaders with mounted snowplows or pushers safely and effectively. -Keep accurate records of hours and work completed, equipment usage and inspection, used materials, service logs, site hazards, and weather. -Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all vehicles and equipment. -Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner. -Adherence to established internal and external policies and procedures. Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent education. -Experience in snow and ice removal, and operation of related equipment including trucks, tractors, skid steer, and ride-on blowers or sweepers. -Physical ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods, lift loads of 50lbs or more repeatedly, and walk or stand for extended periods. -Valid drivers' license and/or equipment operators' certificate(s), and ability to provide your own transportation. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team. -Strong communication skills. -Available to work flexible hours.
