Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist provides evidence-based outpatient counselling and psychotherapy for individuals experiencing work-related psychological injuries. This role supports recovery, symptom management, and improved functioning through individual and group interventions, while ensuring clinical services meet Homewood’s standards of care. Working collaboratively with employers, Workers’ Compensation Boards, referral partners, and interdisciplinary teams, the Therapist develops work-focused treatment and return-to-work recommendations. The role also contributes to program development, quality improvement initiatives, outcome evaluation, community partnerships, and clinical service excellence.
