Reporting to the Director of Operations – Ag, HABS, & Westman Aerial, the Business Development & Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for for driving growth, innovation, and strategic expansion opportunities for the Home and Building Solutions (HABS) division. This role combines external business development, contractor relationship management, and the leadership of strategic housing and construction initiatives, including Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes, housing partnerships, and other growth-focused projects. The position serves as a key connector between customers, contractors, suppliers, project stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and execute opportunities that contribute to long-term profitability and market expansion.
