Leasing Agent / Salesperson

We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson/Leasing Agent to join our team. This key position will play a significant role in conducting property showings, managing move-ins and move-outs, and expanding our property management portfolio by identifying and securing new properties. Conduct property showings to prospective tenants. Manage move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties. Utilize property management software for record keeping and managing client interactions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with property management software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in property management is a plus.
