Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining communication with customers and drivers in order to organize and keep track of all the daily operations. This individual is tasked with scheduling and dispatching crews, equipment for delivery of freight or other services rendered outside the place of business. They will interact with customers and respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The Dispatcher will work in conjunction with the rest of the dispatch team locally and in other branches to improve efficiencies.
