Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Transformation, the Project Coordinator supports a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives aligned with the annual FPSC work plan. The role coordinates the planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Practice Transformation projects and initiatives, including resource and tool development, operational processes, vendor relationships, pilots, and continuous improvement activities. The Project Coordinator supports project initiation and implementation, tracks activities and deliverables, and develops documentation and reporting to help ensure work plan commitments are met.
