Service Advisor

-Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone. -Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up. -Opening of work orders. -Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration and getting authorization from customers. -Contact extended warranty or fleet companies for authorization/PO number for any work to be performed on the vehicle. -Manage and oversee the dealerships workflow and schedule. -Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times. -Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions. -Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
