Sr. Finance Transformation Lead

We are seeking one individual as Sr. Finance Transformation Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a central role in a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation across six distinct business verticals. Reporting to Enterprise ERP Program Leadership / Finance & IT Executive Sponsor, this role will represent Finance on the core project team, helping define future-state financial processes and align finance functions, policies, and procedures across all business units. The Finance Lead will help ensure the ERP solution supports consistent, scalable, and well-controlled finance operations across the enterprise. This role will lead decision-making on aligned finance functions, challenge legacy practices & support new ways of working where enterprise alignment is required.
