OSS Administrator

ATS Traffic is looking for a skilled Traffic Control Administrator to work with OSS Managers, Coordinators, and Dispatchers regarding opening, closing, and invoicing all traffic control jobs. The successful incumbent will utilize their customer service skills to address customer questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills in order to locate lost equipment, find missing information and documentation, and ensure all information is captured prior to closing and invoicing jobs. Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette is a must!
