Director, Infrastructure & Technology

- Identify international business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies for STEP members. - Plan and deliver outgoing trade missions and incoming buyers' missions. - Build relationships with industry leaders, government partners and international buyers. - Develop annual business plans, budgets and trade development initiatives. - Support members with market intelligence, export strategies and international connections. - Degree in commerce, business administration or equivalent education and experience. - Management and project management experience. - Strong knowledge of international business development, marketing and trade. - Excellent relationship-building, communication and organizational skills. - Ability to travel provincially, nationally and internationally.
