Maintenance Superintendent

An immediate opportunity exists for a safety-committed Maintenance Execution Manager, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise and operational supervision to ensure the safe, continuous and proactive operation of the mill's maintenance department. The Maintenance Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in driving world class safety, environmental compliance, quality and asset reliability. By promoting best practices, advanced asset management strategies and continuous reliability improvements, this position fosters an engaged culture centered on partnership, ownership, financial stewardship and 100% equipment and process reliability.
