Property Management Supervisor

Reporting to the Senior Director of Affordable Housing and Property Management, the Property Management Supervisor provides leadership on all property management issues, policies, procedures and plans for Edmonton and support other cities as required. In close collaboration with TMS Housing Managers, the Property Management Supervisor administers all functions related to tenancy for TMS housing locations within the cities with supportive housing and affordable housing. The supervisor is responsible for leases, rent collection, landlord and tenant relations, working with funders, and ensuring the building operates in a safe, secure and healthy living environment, according to best industry and management practices and The Mustard Seed policies.
