Talent & Organizational Development Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management & Organizational Development, the Talent & Organizational Development (TM & OD) Specialist supports organization-wide talent management, learning, and organizational development initiatives to help make our people and OneCF culture our competitive advantage. This role manages and executes key capability-building programs while providing operational support across CF’s end-to-end talent management cycle . The incumbent will also collaborate effectively with business leaders, 3rd party vendors, and the HR Business Partner team to drive and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and nurture an inclusive culture.
