Summer Field Representative

Pursuing an Agriculture degree or diploma program focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science, or Agribusiness Basic knowledge in field crop agronomy and western Canadian agriculture with an interest in crop development o Grain marketing knowledge is considered beneficial but not a requirement. Previous crop scouting, farming, or general agriculture experience will be considered an asset. Proficient in basic computer skills including - Microsoft Office (Excel, word, and outlook). Excellent interpersonal skills along with professional presence to communicate with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population on fields, at plants, and customer sites. Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license. Must be able to travel outside of Canada as required. The standard work week will be Monday through Friday when in office with occasional weekend work as well. During the peak season flexibility is expected due to event planning, farmer availability and weather-related issues.
