We are seeking a curious and adaptable Innovation Analyst to join our Innovation and Strategic Projects team. This role suits someone with a consulting mindset who excels at problem-solving, structured thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director, you will support high-impact initiatives that drive strategic improvements across the business.   The Innovation Analyst evaluates new initiatives, builds business cases, designs implementation plans, and leads cross-functional project execution, working closely with both business and IT teams.   How you will support the team:   Support different departments in generating and validating improvement initiatives. Conduct business analysis for new strategic initiatives, validating ideas and building business cases. Develop structured action plans to address undefined problems and break them into clear, executable steps. Lead small- to mid-scale projects by building project plans, managing timelines, coordinating teams, and identifying risks (experience in project-based environments preferred; adaptability is key). Work across all levels of the organization, interacting with senior executives and operational teams alike. Collaborate with IT teams, and translate business needs into technology requirements. Understanding of technology concepts is an asset.
