The Safety & Asset Protection Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Heritage Co-op's commitment to providing a safe, secure, and compliant workplace for employees, customers, contractors, and visitors. Reporting to the Safety & Asset Protection Advisor, this position is responsible for coordinating the administration, implementation, and monitoring of occupational health and safety, asset protection, fleet compliance, insurance, and risk management programs across the organization. This position works closely with operational leaders, employees, contractors, and external partners to promote safe work practices, support compliance with legislative requirements, reduce organizational risk, and contribute to a positive safety culture throughout Heritage Co-op.
