Business Partner Optometry, People and Culture

Our optometrists are at the heart of FYihealth group's success across Canada and California. We are seeking a strategic People & Culture Business Partner, Optometry to advance our OD people strategy through workforce planning, data-driven insights and the delivery of key initiatives. You'll connect OD leadership, Eye Care Optimization, M&A and Integrations, and P&C teams to align priorities, strengthen collaboration and improve the optometrist experience, while each team retains ownership of its work. Working with senior leaders and clinical professionals, you will influence through relationships rather than direct authority. You'll help shape this new role and drive meaningful change. Nobody will hand you a playbook, and the right person is energized by that.
