Direct Support Worker

- Assist with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, medication support and household duties. - provide person-centred support. - cultivate a safe and inclusive environment. - support individuals in their personal interests, goals and meaningful community involvement. Qualifications Required: -Post secondary diploma or degree in human service field, or equivalent training and experience. -knowledge of people with disabilities -knowledge of community resources -must have a valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License and a reliable vehicle -First Aid Course or willing to acquire -knowledge of basic office procedures -a criminal record and vulnerable sector check or willing to acquire -must be bondable Hours of Work: Our program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees should be available to work a combination of daytime, evening, overnight. Shift lengths may include both 8- hour and 12-hour shifts.
