The Employer Engagement and Retention Consultant supports clients in achieving sustainable employment by building employer relationships, identifying employment opportunities, and connecting job seekers with suitable employers. The role provides employment support throughout the job search, placement, and retention process, helping clients secure and maintain meaningful employment. Working closely with employers, clients, and community partners, the position contributes to successful employment outcomes through job development, placement coordination, and ongoing support. The role is accountable for delivering services in accordance with program requirements and contributing to YMCA and funder performance targets.
