Millwright - Ag Equipment Installer

- Assemble and install machinery and mechanical equipment mainly conveyors & bucket elevators. - Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. - Use precision measuring tools, gauges and indicators. - Assemble and align industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to specifications. - Perform diversified tasks such as welding & fitting, equipment maintenance, etc. - Have excellent understanding of engineered drawings, diagrams and schematics. - Demonstrate safe rigging practices, operate hoisting and lifting machinery during assembly, installation and repair of machinery. - Have solid working knowledge of mechanical drives and assemblies - Be committed to safe work practices, including completing job site safety documentation. - Practical field experience in the Millwright trade is an asset. - Journeypersons certification from a recognized school, not required but is considered an asset. - Ability to operate required equipment safely and responsibly. - Critical eye for identifying defects and high attention to detail. - Ability to supervise other site staff. - Travel will be required.
