Human Resources Consultant

Advise clients on HR policies, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and training. Support employee relations, accommodations, leaves, workplace concerns, and terminations. Develop HR solutions and documentation, manage timelines, and improve processes using technology and automation. Build client relationships and stay current on HR practices and employment legislation. Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including complex employee matters. CPHR/CHRP/CHRL designation, consulting, and healthcare experience are assets. Strong HR knowledge, communication, writing, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, use Microsoft Office/HR systems, and attend client sites as needed.
