Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overall operational and technical support, repairs, maintenance and installations of climate control along with other mechanical & electrical systems within multiple building portfolio. Supervision of operations team within buildings of large size and level of complexity as it relates to building systems and tenant demands. The primary objective of the Operations Supervisor is to ensure assigned buildings are being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
