Registered Nurse

Provide patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with current clinical guidelines and professional standards. Manage patient follow-up, including test results, treatment plans, and post-ER visit follow-up. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary health-care providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Perform medication reconciliation and medication reviews, ensuring accurate medication records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date EMR documentation, including medications, allergies, lab results, diagnostics, and health profiles. Current registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Demonstrated knowledge of primary care and chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, COPD, mental health) Certified or eligible for RN Specialty Practices (e.g. INR management, STI treatment, PAP smears), as per CRNS guidelines and employer-approved protocols Acadia Medical Association is an inclusive and culturally responsive clinic, which provides meaningful and community-based healthcare.
