HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. 🚀 YOUR MISSION As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full sales cycles from prospection to onboarding. Most of your meetings will be with Founders, or Heads of HR or Finance. You’ll understand their pain with incumbent insurers and connect that to how a 100% digital solution can help close critical gaps in the health system. You’ll build relationships through outbound, hosting community events, attending conferences, writing content online & any other channel that increases your empathy and understanding of the market’s challenges. You’ll share what you hear from prospects & customers so we adapt our product to best serve their needs. You’ll work with marketing to build relevant campaigns, events, sponsorships and other initiatives. You won’t wait for leads - you’ll go create them through action. If you want to be handed a script & playbook on day one, Alan may not be the right fit for you. If you want to build with us, while we tackle these important challenges, you’re at the right place. ⭐️ WHO YOU ARE ⭐️ You may be a great fit at Alan if you have: - 2 to 8 years as an AE in B2B tech sales - Full fluency in English required; French is a strong plus - Experience at all stages in the deal cycle (ex. prospection through contracting) Nice to have: - You’ve moved from SDR or BDR to AE faster than your peers - You’ve overachieved your quotas - Experience working at a high-growth company - Experience selling to HR or Finance leaders - Experience in either health or insurance - Experience winning deals in French - Comfortable with Feedback and a Coaching Culture YOUR PROFILE - Builder: opening new markets or verticals excites you.
