The Agribusiness Account Manager – Small Business supports members and prospects within the Agribusiness Financial Centre by managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized agricultural and agribusiness relationships. Reporting to the Manager, AFC, this role is responsible for delivering proactive member service, building strong relationships, supporting business development, and assessing credit needs for borrowing and banking requests that are generally more straightforward in nature. It contributes to portfolio growth and retention while supporting sound practices in relationship management, credit, risk assessment, and member advice, working with members in the small business market with credit approvals up to $500,000.
