Human Resources Business Partner

The HRBP is part of an overall Partnership Model created to provide strategic human resources advice and leadership through analysis, support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources - Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law Licenses - Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training - Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration - Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable - Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable - Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Competencies - Critical thinking skills - Communication skills - Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation - Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example - Computer skills - Interpersonal skills - Analytical skills Knowledge and Abilities - Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas. - Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity - Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety - Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan - Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system - Ability to lead and coach other...
