Inside Sales Engineer

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Generate quotes, process orders and order confirmations. Provide product information and technical support to customers. Manage and update customer accounts and records. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. General marketing activities, updating and maintain website and sales portals. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business/Engineering or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
