Dietitian Degree

Reporting to the Manager, the Dietitian Degree provides medical nutrition therapy which includes screening, assessment, developing and implementing evidence-based care plans, counseling, direction on nutrition support, and other needed nutrition interventions for patients/residents/clients. The Dietitian-Degree will work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary health care teams to create a patient/resident/client and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) - Dietetic Internship certificate Competencies - Time management skills - Intermediate - Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities - Has demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self motivated with the ability to work independently - Knowledge in quality improvement theory and methodologies - Has demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Highly developed written and oral communication skills - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling & training platforms - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships. - Knowledge in clinical nutrition - Ability to assess/develop/implement/evaluate a comprehensive nutrition care plan Other Information - For more information on the t...
