Youth Outreach Worker (4 Month Term)

The Youth Outreach Worker is responsible for providing individualized case management and group programming facilitation to support youth succeed both academically and socially. This position involves developing relationships with youth as well as liaising with family members, school personnel, and community staff to support the educational needs of youth. In addition, Youth Outreach Workers will support the after-school tutoring and mentoring programming based in the community. The successful candidate will be dynamic, skilled, and experienced in connecting with diverse communities, including Indigenous, newcomer, and LGBTQ youth to ensure they feel safe, supported, and connected.
