- High degree of mechanical aptitude, must be familiar with all aspects of the maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment - Excellent problem-solving and ability to find out-of-the-box solutions - Ability to communicate - Strength to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull more using mechanical aids - Climb steps This position works shift work, rotating days/nights on 10/4, 12 hr shifts.
