The successful candidate will use their securities legal knowledge and experience combined with their keen interest in evolving technology to collaborate on a wide range of critical practice resources, contribute to thought leadership and analysis of new developments. In addition, the successful candidate will participate in training and development initiatives and providing expertise and hands-on practice support in a range of complex securities law matters.
