Manager, People & Culture Operations

The Manager, People and Culture Operations, is responsible for leading the operational delivery of the People and Culture function, ensuring efficient, employee-focused people programs, systems, and processes across the organization. This role oversees People and Culture operations, payroll, HRIS administration and implementation, health and safety, employee lifecycle administration, and annual people programs that support organizational success and an exceptional employee experience and serves as the organization’s JHSC-certified Health and Safety lead for both Markham locations.
