- Sweep, mop, and wash floors. - Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, and area rugs. - Make beds. - Clean and sanitize all areas as assigned. - Collect garbage. - Clean rooms to required specifications. - Follow company policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned. Things to consider: - Requires compressed workweeks at a remote facility. - You must be a team player, who works well with others. - Ability to work in a fast, thorough, efficient manner with attention to detail. - Housekeeping experience would be a strong asset. - A valid Drivers license with a safe driving record is a strong asset. - Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid, recognized first aid certificate. - Ability to perform housekeeping duties in a safe and efficient manner. - Knowledge of safety procedures associated with working with hazardous products, including WHMIS. - Ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. - Physically capable of performing the assigned duties. - Must be prepared to work at site during holidays & weekends. - Must be fit for duty & able to safely fulfill the job requirements in remote settings.
