Customer Service Supervisor – Leduc Rentals

The Customer Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service representative of the Rentals Department. The Customer Service Supervisor gives direction to all customer service representative to ensure targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Playing an active role as part of leadership team of the location, the CSR Supervisor sets a tone consistent with company values, the highest standards of business ethics and a commitment to fair treatment and respect for company staff.  Promote a culture of success, discipline and creativity.
