Catering Manager

The Catering Manager turns inquiries into confirmed business and manages an assigned portfolio of events from first conversation through to event day. The Club has two Catering Manager positions at the same level. Each is responsible for a portfolio assigned by the Senior Sales & Events Manager, for example by market (corporate or social) or by type of business (new inquiries or existing and repeat bookings). The Catering Managers cover each other's portfolios when needed.
