The Mill Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting safe and efficient shutdown maintenance activities for mine and mill assets. The position develops fully scoped, resource-loaded, and schedule-ready work packages that minimize downtime and help achieve production targets. Working closely with maintenance, operations, reliability, engineering, supply chain, contractors, and safety teams, the incumbent ensures shutdown activities are effectively executed and aligned with operational objectives. The role reports to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent or designate.
