Technical Volume Lead Engineer

Lead development of the technical response strategy for major bids. Build section outlines, storyboards, content plans, and writing assignments for technical volumes. Coordinate engineering, quality, operations, testing, and supply chain SMEs to produce complete technical content. Ensure technical responses clearly address requirements, risks, manufacturability, quality assurance, and delivery readiness. Resolve technical review comments and drive revisions through final submission. Work closely with the proposal manager, solution engineer, and capture manager to keep the message consistent. Support technical presentations, clarification responses, and post-submission follow-up where needed. Help build standard technical language and reusable templates for future bids.
