Clinical Nurse Liaison -15-month Fixed-Term

The Clinical Nurse Liaison works closely with neurologists and clinic staff to help patients receive timely, coordinated care. The nurse supports people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, cognitive disorders and other complex conditions. This is a hands-on role combining patient care, treatment access, clinical coordination and practical support for day-to-day clinic operations. The successful candidate will be approachable, organized and comfortable using technology. They will take initiative, identify problems early and work with physicians, patients, pharmacies, insurers and support programs to find solutions.
