Learning to Lead (L2L) Youth Outreach Workers (YOWs) provide one-to-one support and group facilitation to youth involved in the Learning to Lead Program.  Workers establish relationships and rapport with youth to support them to develop resiliency and leadership skills. Workers will bring their creativity to develop workshops and recreational activities to develop skills. Using the challenge by choice model, workers will support youth to step outside their comfort zone when they feel safe to do so.
