Outbound Loading Supervisor

Lead and oversee outbound dock operations to ensure freight is loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule. Coordinate loading activities to minimize errors, misdirects, and freight damage. Work closely with dispatch, drivers, customers and management to support efficient operations. Monitor trailer departures and ensure service commitments are met. Promote and enforce safe work practices and company policies. Train, coach, and support dock employees to achieve operational goals. Complete required documentation and reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable commercial drivers abstract Experience in freight, warehouse or transportation operations Previous supervisory experience is an asset but not required Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
