Electrician Foreman

-Lead and supervise electrical crews. -Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily site activities. -Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. -Ensure work complies with project requirements and the Canadian Electrical Code. -Work closely with Project Managers, clients, suppliers, and other trades. -Mentor apprentices and support crew development. -Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site. -Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting. -Journeyperson Electrician certification. -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. -Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. -Previous foreman or supervisory experience is an asset. -Experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction is preferred.
