Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Coordinator

The Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Coordinator will support the effective administration and analysis of legal, compliance, complaint, privacy, risk, and governance matters across the GroupHEALTH Family of Companies. Through accurate records, evidence review, proactive follow-up, and practical recommendations, the Senior GRC Coordinator strengthens controls, transparency, regulatory readiness, and informed decision-making. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer with a dotted line to the General Counsel, Legal & Compliance, this role serves as a key bridge between GroupHEALTH’s executive team, our parent company (Munich Reinsurance), and divisional leadership. This is a hybrid role based out of our Surrey office. Remote work and other locations will not be considered.
