- Post-secondary degree in Human Service, or Education - Valid Standard First Aid/CPR/AED Level C Certificate. - Experience in coaching or mentoring others - Knowledge of supported employment practices and principles - Understanding of, and the ability to support people with disabilities and the employment barriers they encounter. - Understanding of OH&S, Labour Standards and workplace accommodations. - Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers Licence. Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.
