The Membership Coordinator is the first real conversation most people have with Altea. You are the person who turns curiosity into commitment, who takes a prospect from their first inquiry through a tour, a conversation, and a decision to join. This role is about understanding what someone actually needs, connecting them to the right experience, and making sure the people already inside the club feel as valued as the day they joined. If you are someone who finds energy in people, takes a no personally without taking it personally, and believes that the right conversation at the right moment can change someone's health for the better, this role was built for you.
