The Building Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day facility operations of a high-capacity NHL sports and live entertainment venue by ensuring building operations are planned, scheduled, documented, and tracked through strong administrative control and systems management. This role acts as a key coordinator for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (e.g., IMS 24/7) by processing and scheduling work orders, monitoring preventive maintenance (PM) and inspection compliance, maintaining accurate records, and producing operational reports. Working closely with Building Operations leadership, trades, housekeeping, conversions, Filed of Play, Engineering and vendors, the Coordinator helps ensure the building is safe, functional, and event-ready across all CSEC venues.
