Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications, the Business Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, integration, optimization and evolution of enterprise business applications across Doctors of BC. The role works across ERP, CRM, LMS, data and digital platforms to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a strong focus on systems integration, interoperability, automation and sustainable solution design. The Business Applications Specialist plays a key role in connecting platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake and other enterprise applications, while identifying opportunities to simplify business processes, reduce manual effort and improve the flow of information across systems.
