Vice President, Patient Programs (Markham, ON)

The Vice-President, Patient Programs is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business direction for Sentrex's Patient Programs division. The Vice-President, Patient Programs will establish and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for Patient Programs (PPs), ensuring the organization continues to deliver exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and value-driven outcomes for clients and healthcare stakeholders. As the executive leader responsible for the Patient Programs business unit, the Vice-President will drive innovation, growth, quality, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and patient-centric care.
