Continuing Care Assistant

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Food Safe Certificate - Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) Competencies - Basic - Computer skills - Communication skills - Organizational skills - Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to work independently Other Information - Valid driver's license, where required - If no qualified applicants unqualified applicants may be considered - Required education or equivalent must be completed within a specified timeframe - Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation - Food Safe certificate, where required - May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives - No guaranteed hours.
