Automotive Sales Rep

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner - Complete a guest sheet to obtain pertinent sales information about the customer and what their wants and needs are - Follow internal sales processes and procedures from initial point of contact to the point of delivery (and beyond) - Maintain organization of vehicles, keys, records and workflow - Stay up to date on product knowledge on our brands as well as competitors - Conduct test drives - Set and achieve sales targets each month - Gain and retain customer relationships to achieve loyalty - Follow up with customers - Grow your customer base through excellent customer experience and referrals - Use social media to create awareness and create an open avenue to connect Necessary Skills and Abilities: Superior communication skills (verbal and written) Organized Excellent with following process Strong negotiation and closing skills Reliable Team player Exhibit excellent Customer Service Positive attitude Education /
