Learning and Development Lead

Based in Calgary, AB or Kitimat, BC, the Learning and Development Lead is a member of the L&D leadership team and contributes to the continued maturity of learning across the organization. The role provides leadership to a Learning Advisor and works with the business to align L&D priorities with LNG Canada’s operational, workforce, and strategic objectives. The L&D Lead owns an assigned portfolio and is accountable for managing learning needs analysis, solution design and development, assignment, implementation, and assurance activities.
